  • Order Fulfillment
    Processing Time: Each order undergoes a quality check and is typically dispatched within 3 to 7 business days.
    Operating Hours: Our logistics team operates Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+8).
    Holidays: Please note that processing and shipping are paused during Hong Kong Public Holidays.

  • Shipment Tracking
    Once your order is on its way, a tracking number will be sent to your email, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

Local Delivery

  • Domestic (Hong Kong & Macau)
    We primarily utilize SF Express for reliable local delivery.
    Complimentary ShippingEnjoy free delivery on all orders over HK$1,000 (calculated after discounts).
    Standard Rates:  HK$30 for Hong Kong / HK$50 for Macau.

International Delivery

  • International Shipping
    Complimentary Global Shipping: We offer free international delivery on all orders exceeding HK$4,000 (calculated after discounts).
    Standard International Rate:  Between HK$300 – HK$600 (Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your specific location).

Important Information for International Orders

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes
    DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid):   All international shipments are sent on a DDU basis. This means the recipient is responsible for any local sales taxes, import duties, or customs fees.
    Prior Inquiry:   As these charges vary significantly by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate before completing your purchase.
  • Delivery Address Responsibility
    Accuracy:  Please ensure your shipping details are 100% accurate at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@jaacajewel.com
    Liability: Once a package has been dispatched, we cannot modify the destination. JAACA Company is not responsible for lost or uncollected parcels resulting from incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
  • External Delays
    While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, local carrier transfers, severe weather, or transportation strikes in the destination country.
