The shape, color, luster, and minor natural growth marks (such as tiny surface pits or blemish textures) of every pearl are unique natural characteristics rather than defects. Website photos are for reference only; natural variations between the physical item and the photographs do not constitute quality issues.

• Environmental & Wear Factors: Pearls are delicate by nature and highly sensitive to their environment. Once the package is opened, touched, or worn, the pearl surface can easily undergo irreversible subtle changes due to contact with human sweat, perfume, cosmetics, body oils, or changes in air humidity—making it impossible to guarantee a brand-new state.
